Wonderland Mayhem

The Free Company has been around since around 2019/2020.

We originally started as Cookie Monsters, until IRL circumstances brought things to a close in 2021. In 2024, we rebuilt the Free Company, but this time as Wonderland Mayhem, and we’ve been steadily growing our community ever since.

We don’t aim to be the biggest FC on the server. We just want to be the kind of place where people can chill, relax, have fun and stick around even when FFXIV is quiet.

What Are We Actually Like?

Pretty chill. (And insane... hehe.)

There isn’t a giant wall of rules waiting for you. The philosophy has always been pretty simple: use your common sense. Somehow, that’s worked for years.

We don’t expect you to live in FFXIV either. Play other games, do other stuff and come back whenever you feel like it. Hang out, stream, yap, post your food, your pets — whatever you want to do, do.

The FC Is Only Half of It

With that said, our Discord server is very much alive, even when FFXIV is quiet. It may be the game where we all met, but Wonderland has become more of a community than a place people only visit when they need to do roulettes lol.

People are around for all sorts of activities, random conversations and hangouts.

Most of us have known each other for quite a while, but if you’re new and actually make the effort to interact, you’ll barely notice the difference.
